Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Trip Holidays, we aim to provide complete transparency regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking.

Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official contact channels.
  • Cancellation charges depend on hotel, transport, and third-party supplier policies.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed only after deducting applicable cancellation and service charges.
  • Government taxes, convenience fees, and processing charges are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment.
Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions, refunds will be subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, and service providers.
